TERMS OF USE

These terms apply to your use of the Perfect Hold app ("the app"), made by GROOVY LAB LLC ("we", "us"). By using the app, you agree to these terms. If you get the app from the Apple App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.

1. Who can use the app

You must be 18 or older to use Perfect Hold.

2. What the app is

Perfect Hold is a training tool for video poker strategy. It simulates a video poker machine with play credits so you can practice. It is not a gambling service. You cannot wager, win or withdraw money or prizes.

3. Play credits

Credits are play money only. They have no cash value, cannot be bought or sold, cannot be transferred or exchanged for anything, and may be reset if you delete or reinstall the app. Free credits come from the app's timed refill and from optional rewarded ads.

4. Perfect Hold Pro

Perfect Hold Pro is an optional auto-renewing subscription that unlocks extra features.

• —Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase.
• —The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Renewal is charged within 24 hours before the period ends.
• —If a free trial is offered, any unused part of it is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
• —You can manage or cancel the subscription at any time in your App Store account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel it.
• —Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.

5. Accuracy of strategy advice

Strategy advice is calculated exactly for the pay tables and bet sizes shown in the app. It does not apply to other games or pay tables. Correct strategy does not change the house edge of a game that returns less than 100%. Practice or success in this app does not mean you will win at real-money gambling.

6. Do not use the app at a casino

Do not use this app, or any device, at a gaming machine or in a casino where that is prohibited. Using strategy devices at a gaming machine is illegal in some places.

7. Acceptable use

Do not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the app, except as the law allows. Do not use the app for any unlawful purpose.

8. Ownership

The app, its design, text, graphics and strategy data are owned by GROOVY LAB LLC or its licensors. These terms give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app. They do not transfer ownership.

9. Disclaimer

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. We do not promise that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, GROOVY LAB LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any gambling losses, arising from your use of the app. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months before the claim. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

11. Changes and termination

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and continued use of the app means you accept the updated terms. We may change or stop offering the app or any feature.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.
