PRIVACY POLICY

This policy explains what information the Perfect Hold app ("the app") collects, why, and the choices you have. The app is made by GROOVY LAB LLC ("we", "us"). If you have a question, email support@groovylab.org.

The short version

• —Perfect Hold has no accounts. We never ask for your name, email or phone number.
• —Your settings, statistics, hand history and drill progress are stored only on your device. We do not receive them.
• —The free version shows optional rewarded ads from Google AdMob. Google may collect device and usage data to show and measure those ads. Where the law requires it, we ask for your consent first.
• —Subscriptions are processed by Apple. We use RevenueCat to confirm that your subscription is active. We never see your payment details.
• —We do not sell your personal information for money.

Information stored on your device

The app stores the following on your device only: your settings (for example pay table, sounds and card style), your play credits, your statistics, your last 200 hands, and your drill progress. This information is not sent to us. It is deleted when you delete the app.

Advertising (free version only)

If you do not have Perfect Hold Pro, the app can show a rewarded video ad when you choose to watch one for more play credits. Ads are never shown without your tap, and Pro subscribers never see ads.

Ads are provided by Google AdMob. To show, measure and limit ads, and to prevent fraud, the Google Mobile Ads SDK may collect:

• —device identifiers, such as the advertising identifier (IDFA, only if you allow tracking) or an app-specific identifier;
• —your IP address, which can be used to estimate your general location (not your precise location);
• —information about the ads you see and tap, and basic diagnostic information about the app and your device.

Your choices:

• —Tracking (iOS). The app asks for permission before any tracking. If you choose "Ask App Not to Track", the advertising identifier is not shared. You can change this at any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
• —Consent and opt-out. In the UK and Switzerland, we use Google's consent tool to ask for your consent before personalized ads. In US states with privacy laws, you can opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for targeted advertising. Where these choices apply, you can change them at any time in the app under Settings → Privacy choices.
• —Your choices never change your credits or the features you can use.

We block gambling, betting, social casino, alcohol, dating and sexual-content ad categories. Google's use of data is described in How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services and the Google Privacy Policy.

Subscriptions (Perfect Hold Pro)

Purchases and payments are handled by Apple under your Apple ID. We do not receive your name, email address or payment card details.

We use RevenueCat to check whether your subscription is active and to restore it on a new device. RevenueCat receives a random, anonymous app user ID created by the app, your purchase and subscription history, and basic device information (such as device model, operating system version, country and IP address). It does not receive your name or email address. See the RevenueCat Privacy Policy.

Information we do not collect

We do not use analytics or crash-reporting services. We do not collect your contacts, photos, precise location, microphone or camera data. The app does not offer real-money gambling and does not ask for financial information.

How long information is kept

Information on your device is kept until you delete it or delete the app. RevenueCat keeps purchase records for as long as needed to provide the subscription and to meet legal and accounting requirements. Google keeps advertising data as described in its own policies.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know what personal information is processed about you, to correct or delete it, to opt out of targeted advertising, and to withdraw consent. Because we do not hold your name or contact details, we can only find RevenueCat purchase records if you send us your App Store receipt or the app user ID. To make a request, email support@groovylab.org. We will not discriminate against you for using these rights.

If you are in the UK or Switzerland, our legal bases are your consent (personalized advertising), the performance of our contract with you (subscriptions), and our legitimate interests (preventing fraud and keeping the app working). You can complain to your local data protection authority.

Children

Perfect Hold is for adults (18+) only. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has used the app and provided information, contact us and we will help delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed. If a change is significant, we will tell you in the app.
